32578 The Corinthians
The world is full of immorality, and as we are in those days in which we have to respect the opinions of others above our own way of thinking we have to accept immorality as a part of life regardless of we like it or not. For Christians this is not always easy or even possible. As Christians, we have to by the Word o and the Laws of God. That simple fact makes us Christians in our belief. However for what choice are we placed when we are told that we have to accept the immorality of others as that is our Christian duty. The duty that is given us by the word and the Laws of God, the words of Christ accentuated by the apostle’s gospels. We are as Christians told forget about God, forget about his Words and his Laws and accept immorality as a part of life.
But, so much immorality is against the Christian morality, each man should have his own wife, women also have their own husbands. The husband has a marital duty to his wife, and the wife to her husband to do the same. The wife hath not power of her husband’s body, but the husband, and the husband hath not power of her own body, but the wife. Couples are not wronged each other, except between consenting, temporary housing, in order to concentrate on prayer; to bed later, lest Satan while you can't help but seduce you. "(Corinthians Chapter 7, section 1-7), thinking: with Paul talking about couples in principle, when God established marriage system, but to call the two shall become one flesh.
In Genesis God says: "man will leave his father, linked with his wife, two shall become one", it is very important to learn. In the New Testament, Jesus also said that marriage the husband to be the head, the wife to make the body. He was not referring to gender inequality, when God was a woman, Adam's rib that is the most intimate of parts. So when Adam saw Eve, said: this is now bone of my bones, and flesh of the flesh, it's an intimate link. God created Adam, is fully human, but take a rib from him, Adam became imperfect. However, when God brought Eve to Adam side again, he back again lost some, perfect. So marriages have a very important relationship, was a complementary relationship; marriages are two imperfect people together and in seeking to complete, this is the Bible "become one flesh".
In the many pseudo-epigraphic being writings that did not make it into the Bible or were removed at a later time as they were not accepted by the Jewish religion authorities when the final history of the Hebrews and their Jewish religion was decided on. Many of those scriptures were written in the Second Temple period (400 BC till 70 AD). Most of those writings although not decided on to be placed into the bible of history, but it does reflect the beliefs that were held by the Hebrews regarding their religion.
As such, those pseudo-epigraphic writing although not accepted to be in that history does give a mirror of the way the Hebrew people were thinking and how the Jewish religion was developing. However, it was always clear that the basic of any decision, any action was the Word and the Laws of God and in those words there is no place for immorality. We can see this so clearly in the books of Enoch, written in a highly religion way and tone, for this see chapter 46 of the books of Enoch. It does show This Son of Man. In a similar way as we see in the prophecies in the Psalms of Solomon, 17:21. Behold, O lord and raise up unto them their king, the son of David.
Again, we see in the Words of the Son of David the Son of Man a clear indication that immorality cannot be accepted in Christianity just as it could not be accepted in the Jewish religion. We see that also in the words of Moses containing the prophecy of what the messiah will find when he comes. The quotation from the early Jewish religion as a clarification for this prophecy states; When the messiah arrives, over the people of Judea will rule evil and sinful men, gluttons and drunkards, who will be, beside all this, flatterers and hypocrites. They will be; removers of the landmark, provokers of strife, men of deceit, and, devourers of the inheritance of the poor. Yet they will boast about their deeds of mercy. Their hands and minds are busy with unclean things, and their mouth speaks arrogance, while they furthermore say, do not touch me, lest you pollute me.
It reminds us on the strong worded accusations Christ made against the Jewish High Priests of His day as we see in Matthew 23:23 Who to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cumin and have neglected the weightier matters of the law, justice and mercy and faith; these you ought to be done, without neglecting the others. Again, it makes a strong point for Christians to stick to the laws and not to water down the laws for own benefit and neglecting what should be done. Immorality therefore has in the Christian religion no place; they should not behave like hypocrites.
However, this does not mean that what is declared immorality within the Jewish and Christian religions should be stretched and enforced outside those religions. People who are not willing or people who cannot accept those laws of rule of the Christian religion, shall not be seen from their point of view in life as being immoral, as that immorality does not exist outside the Jewish or Christian and other religions. Therefore for what is seen in those religions as being immoral and against the laws of God are not at stake outside those religions. As such, the believers of Christianity and others have to accept that there a forces outside those religions who see morality in a different way, as such, those in religions should accept this and adjust their ways to this.
However, it is changing again when governments of Christian countries as by example the United Kingdom where the head of State, the Queen, is also head of the Church. It cannot be that Christians under the cover of being friendly and in line with other opinions discriminate against Christians for the fact that they are Christians. Too many times Christians and Jewish who make a point of sticking to their belief are told that they are wrong and that they have to accept immorality as a part of life, honour it and live with it. This is wrong, special in a Christian country, Let non-Christians live their life but do let non-Christians dictate the Christians that they should abort the Words and the Laws of God, because the non-believers say so. Special in the EU the courts are more and more and this is including the Human rights court on the side of non-believers when it comes to religion problems.
